Line 3

Lam. 27 Vindobinennses

The next line shows that the double scroll grew a tree with fruit, but a man-form bundle with smoke curls indicates that this "tree" (or lineage) died almost immediately. (A volcano erupted and died?) Next to the funeral bundle (of the young now, dormant volcano), there is a symbol I could not explain at first. But it appears to be a little more than half an "A-O" year sign with a large dotted one circle below it. The next element shows a blazing star with smaller stars below it as part of a stone mountain, and an Ehécatl blowing a great wind. The next version of Ehécatl immediately following, is producing a hot (fire) wind. The tree is then broken in half, (the splitting of the volcano?) and the star continues to blaze over the stone mountain.
