Register II-18 Caso identifies 2 Water (Xiuhcoatl-Torch) who is married again to 12 Flint (Dead Quetzal-Jewel) who comes from a town called Fringes with Yellow. Green, Red and Blue Beads.
[The returning comet of Xiuhtli serpent may have passed by the Quetzal-Jewel-WIng, who is now hanging still in the Summer Triangle of the yellow [green/blue] and red stars. When a exploding nova stands still in the sky, it's debris is probably coming straight at the earth, giving the appearance of standing still.]
This couple had a son named 11 Rain (Checkered Board) wo would appear to have become the lord of Cave of Xolotl.
{Caso likes the name Xolotl, the Sun Dog for the recently determined entity nuhu who is enclosed in a star cave.]
In the year 7 Sweatbath, 6 Deer (Tlaloc Copal) was born. He is destined to be the founder of the Fourth Dynasty of Tilantaongo according to Caso.
[Since founders of dynasties, in many other lands, besides Mesoamerica, are originally gods, this image is a very strong representation of Tlaloc, who has an ash ball (not copal) and fire on his forehead. Is he an earlier representation of the cigar-in-the-forehead, serpent-footed K'awiil of Palenque?]
The next birth recorded is that of a daughter name 9 Eagle (Garland of Cocoa) who married 13 Tiger (War Rope), lord of the place called Monkey.
[The garland of Cocoa has all the appearance of a tree and can be associated with a star of the Milky Way. 13 Tiger has the shining headdress of 2 Vulture in Register V/IV-18, so i would assume that a similar name, with a different number date, would be not telling us the name of the entity but the date during the A-O year that was recently mentioned.]
Register II-17 Another daughter is born. Her name is 5 Serpent (Quetzalcoatl) and she became the wife of the lord 3 Monkey (Puma-Torch-Stars) who was the ruler of Mouth-Spiderweb.
[Mouth-Spiderweb, I would call the star grid that is making noise overhead. And since there was a "sizzling" sound mentioned in the Aztec poem, "The Birth of the Fifth Sun," this is a possible explanation of an open mouth in a star grid. It can also mean the source of the grid, or where the grid beginsl, which here would be at the three stars. The three stars that are so important to all, appeared to have been in the Summer Triangle and very much a part of the Milky Way. The stars there are Deneb, Vega and Altair. The Quetzalcoatl serpent comet may have come from the jewel-wing of Cygnus or just below Deneb.]
Another daughter named 2 Flower (Rising Xolotl) was born; she became the wife of 6 Death (no name given) lord of a town of Human Head-Speaking Mouth.
[Xoloti is still a common Nuhu here. The platform for the town may indicate a star band which would explain the speaking head: a sky god that speaks is not uncommon in many religions, even now.]
Register II/I-17: 6 Deeer (Tlaloc-Copal) founder of the Fourth Dynasty of Tilantongo married 13 Wind (Hill Head).
[Apparently our original image of cigar-in-the-forehead K'awiil was our God Tlaloc for sure. Although Register One must be entered from this point, Tlaloc is not on a marriage mat with the wind entity above him.] Go to Register One
